【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheminimumrequirementsandtermsofacceptanceforthemanufactureandtestingofsteelwireropesnotexceedingropegrade2160forthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.Typicalapplicationsincludetubinglines,rodhangerlines,sandlines,cable-tooldrillingandcleanoutlines,cabletoolcasinglines,rotarydrillinglines,winchlines,horseheadpumpingunitlines,torpedolines,mast-raisinglines,guidelinetensionerlines,risertensionerlines,mooringandanchorlines.Ropesforliftingslingsandcranes,andwireforwell-measuringandstrandforwell-servicing,arealsoincluded.Theminimumbreakingforcesforthemorecommonsizes,gradesandconstructionsofstrandedropearegivenintables.However,thisInternationalStandarddoesnotrestrictitselftotheclassescoveredbythosetables.Othertypes,suchasropeswithcompactedstrandsandcompacted(swaged)ropes,mayalsoconformwithitsrequirements.Theminimumbreakingforcevaluesfortheseropesareprovidedbythemanufacturer.Forinformationonly,othertablespresenttheminimumbreakingforcesforlargediameterstrandedandspiralropes(i.e.spiralstrandandlockedcoil),whileapproximatenominallengthmassesforthemorecommonstrandedropeconstructionsandlargediameterstrandedandspiralropesarealsogiven.
