本标准规定以还原硅钼酸盐分光光度法为测定化工产品中硅的通用方法。本标准提供了测定溶液中硅含量的方法。所分析产品试液的制备，应参考有关的标准。为使方法适用于分析的产品，应做些必要的修改。本方法适用于测定试液中的SiO2含量为2~200μg。
