【摘要】:ThisStandardspecifiestheVickershardnesstestmethod,forthethreedifferentrangesoftestforceformetallicmaterials(seetable1).Table1RangesoftestforceTheVickershardnesstestisspecifiedinthisStandardforlengthsofindentationdi-agonalsbetween0.020mmand1.400mm.TheVickershardnesstestforlengthsofindentationdiagonalslessthan0.020mmandthetestforceoflessthan98.07mN,however,maybeinaccordancewiththisStandardupontheagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier.Forspecificmaterialsand/orproducts,particularJapaneseIndustrialStandardsex-ist.NOTE1:Forindentationdiagonalslessthan0.020mm,theincreaseoftheuncertaintyhastobeconsidered.2:Ingeneral,decreasingthetestforceincreasesthescatterofresultsofthemeasurements.Thisisparticularlytrueforlow-forceVickershardnesstestsandVickersmicrohardnesstests,wheretheprincipallimitationwillariseinthemeasurementofthediagonalsofthein-dentation.ForVickersmicrohardness,theaccuracyofdeterminationofthemeandiagonallengthisunlikelytobebetterthan±0.001mm.
