【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyandperformancerequirementsandtestmethodsapplicabletoturntableladderswithcombinedmovementsofclasses18,24and30,asdefinedin3.13,underthecontroloffirefightersandintendedforfirefightingandrescuingpeople.Turntableladdervehiclescompriseofachassis,bodyworkandapoweredextendingstructureunitintheformofaladderwithorwithoutacage.TurntableladdervehiclescoveredbythisEuropeanStandardhaveaselfpropelledchassis,themotorofwhichsuppliespowerrequiredfortheoperationoftheladderandpermitsalloftheoperationalmovementstobemadesimultaneously,withnorestrictionontheangleofthetrainingmovement.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalsafetyrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationaluse,theroutinecheckingandmaintenanceofturntableladderswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsodealswithperformancerequirements.1.3ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththeuseofturntableladdersvehicleswithinatemperaturerangefrom-15°Cto+35°Candwithawindvelocityontheladderset≤12,5m/s.Additionalmeasurescanbenecessaryforuseoutsidethisrange(tobenegotiatedbetweenthemanufacturerandtheuser).NOTESpecialdesignsforuseunderspecialclimaticconditionsarearrangedbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotdealingwiththehazardsofthestandardautomotivechassisorduetouseasaroadvehicle.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoturntableladdersvehicleswithcombinedmovementswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
